Our signature cake base with our special recipe using finest ingredients in order to give you not only a nicely outlook cake but also delicious taste. It is the cake in sponge cake and butter cake.

Main ingredients are plain flour from Japan, white butter from Korea, white eggs & fresh milk from Japan and local sugar.

 

Our cakes is filled by full cream and fresh fruit or hand made jam.

 

We also use Swiss butter cream the outer part of cake, taste is defaulted as lemon cream; you may choose the flavor of your cake and layered butter cream. Please noted the outer color will being slightly affected by the taste you choose.
